Guidance for Your Journey

your online circle of support
My name is Sarah
I have a Master’s in Social Work and have spent almost 20 years helping people through life’s ups and downs. I’ve worked with both individuals and groups, and I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people come together to share, listen, and support one another.

I founded this online space because I believe healing happens best in connection. Too often, people face life’s challenges feeling isolated — whether it’s due to distance, busy schedules, or our belief we need to tough it out.

This platform was created to bring people together — safely, conveniently, and meaningfully — no matter where they are. Through group sessions, we build community, foster mutual support, and create space for honest conversations and shared growth.

support and skills for nurses
The early years of nursing can be some of the most challenging. Nearly 20% to 40% of registered nurses leave their positions within the first two years of practice, making early-career nurses the most at risk for burnout and turnover.
Are you a nurse who would benefit from:
-
increasing coping skills
-
understanding stress and burnout
-
setting boundaries and being assertive
-
developing strategies for sleep and shift work
-
tackling imposter syndrome through self compassion
